Spacious room, comfy beds, great bathroom with ample storage. Nice view and convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a wide variety of options.

The hotel is located in the center of Pontresina, a few minutes walk from the Pontresina Post bus stop and about ten minutes walk from the station. The receptionist did not speak English, but was helpful. The room I stayed was equipped with a double bed and had plenty of space for single use. Their offered a nice breakfast with wide variety of breads, hams and cheeses, along with some fruit and yogurt.

Interior seemed to be outdated and the shower curtain smelled a little bit. The bed was short in length (about 1.8m, seems to be common side in Switzerland) with foot board attached, so if you are tall, you might have problem fitting yourself inside. Be aware that they charge for internet connections, and is very expensive.

Staff was grumpy!! Insincere felt our business was unappreciated. Way over priced for the service and facilities. The place needs to be remodeled. Carpets and decorations were disgusting. Would never stay there again!!

Everything seemed really good, attentive staff, cheap rooms. The breakfast with bacon, eggs and bacon and hot omelette was rich for what you got. Liked our rooms in on-line pictures. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable there, in the valley. Besides, it was close enough to center of the town, railway station, coop supermarket, restaurants and down the hill from the main township...

This hotel in the heart of Pontresina offers great value for money. The rooms, complete with balcony and stunning mountain views, are well-equipped and meticulously clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the Whirlpool after a day of exploring. And the breakfast included in the rate was a wonderful start to each day.

No improvements needed, everything was absolutely perfect!

Excellent location for hiking in the St. Moritz area with a lift right behind the hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Delicious, bountiful breakfast.

Too many of he staff have very limited English skills. This was noticeable in most of the restaurants as well.

The hotel staff were delightful, providing helpful tips for skiing and delicious food. The spa facilities and live music in the evening were great. We also appreciated the complimentary prosecco, apples, and water. The hotel is well-located with easy access to public transportation.

Breakfast offer could be broader No decent restaurant in the neighborhood. Avoid the Hotel-Post grill-restaurant : very overloaded ; we waited for our food for more than 45min, with very unpleasant personel when we made the remark.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a relaxed holiday, with easy access to local buses and trains to further explore the surrounding mountainous regions. It offers an incredible view of the snow-capped nearby mountain, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of train travel.
